Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks issuance of directions upon the respondents No.1 to 3 to get conducted a fair investigation, from an independent agency or an officer not below the rank of DSP, out of District Mahendergarh, in FIR No.332 dated 13.10.2022, under Section 304-A/34 of the IPC, registered at P.S. City Mahendergarh, District Mahendergarh. In addition, the petitioner also seeks issuance of directions upon the respondents No.1 to 3 to ensure protection of his life and liberty at the hands of private respondents concerned.

At the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. 3.
