This is an application for grant of interim bail to the petitioner as he wants to renew and transfer the licence of the medical agency in the name of his son and hence he prays for interim bail for 08 weeks to do the needful.

State of Punjab is not a party to the present petition. On the oral request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the State of Punjab is impleaded as a party in the present petition. Registry to do the needful. 3.

On 03.11.2023 learned State counsel was directed to get the instructions as the petitioner is confined in Central Jail, Ludhiana. Learned State counsel, on instructions from Anil Bhandari, Pairavi Jail, has stated that whatever directions are issued by the Court, the same shall be complied with.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the present application is disposed off with a direction to the Jail Authorities to assist and provide all necessary help that the petitioner would require in getting the licence renewed as well as for transfer of the medical agency in the name of his son. If required, the petitioner may be taken in custody for getting the documentation executed. CRM stands disposed off. CRM-M No.7479 of 2023 (O&M) 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
