JASGURPREET SINGH PURI , J. (ORAL ) Learned State counsel has filed status report by way of affidavit of Superintendent of Police, Kaithal, which is taken on record. It is submitted that in pursuance of the directions issued by this Court, the police has inquired into the matter and the girl was produced before the learned Magistrate and has got recorded a statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., wherein she has stated that she earlier got married with the petitioner but now she is voluntarily staying with her parents and she wants to stay with her parents. CRWP-1425-2020 (O&M) girl is major and therefore, present petition does not survive. In view of status report filed by the learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
