(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the chemist shop at Level 2, New OPD Block, PGIMER has already been opened. He, therefore, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to approach the respondent-authorities by filing a representation seeking reduction in the amount of monthly license fee.

Mr. Amit Jhanji, learned senior counsel appearing for respondents No. 1 and 2, submits that in case such a representation is filed, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the statement of learned senior counsel for the respondents No. 1 and 2, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
