(Oral) The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondents No.2 and 3 to decide the representations/applications dated 10.01.2025 (Annexures P-3 and P-4), submitted by the petitioner.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that she may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedies in terms of Section 45 of the Haryana Land Revenue Act.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
