Learned counsel for the complainant has submitted that despite specific directions issued by this Court on 3.4.2019 directing the petitioner to pay an amount of `25,000/- to the complainant, the same has not been paid. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the petition. The petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
