The present petition has been filed seeking grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 160 dated 14.07.2025 registered under Sections 313, 376(2)(n), 376(3), 506 and 509 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 6 of POCSO Act, at Police Station Sector-14, District Gurugram. Custody certificate dated 30.03.2026 has been filed by learned State counsel in Court today, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions.

At this stage, learned counsel for respondent No. 2 submits that there has been no delay in the trial attributable to them and undertakes that they shall duly appear before the Court on the date they are summoned for getting their testimony recorded.

In view of the above, the present petition at this stage without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and the learned Trial Court shall make a positive endeavour to expedite the trial in accordance with law.
