The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with a prayer to direct the official respondents No.1 to 3 to file a status report with regard to the investigation in case FIR No.0057 dated 05.06.2019 under Sections 452, 324, 323, 148 and 149 IPC at Police Station Khui Khera, District Fazilka (Annexure P-1). 2.

Learned State counsel on instructions from the Balkar Singh, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Fazilka submits that the final report of investigation shall be presented before the Competent Court of Law within a period of four weeks from today.

In view of the statement made by the learned State counsel, no further orders are required and the present petition is accordingly disposed off.
