(ORAL) The petitioners through instant petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure are seeking directions to respondents No. 1 to 3 to decide representation dated 27.9.2021 (Annexure P-1) of the petitioners. Learned State counsel submits that there were allegations and counter allegations by petitioners and respondents. Learned counsel further submits that jurisdictional authorities would look into the representation of the petitioners.

In view of statement of learned State counsel that jurisdictional authorities would look into the representation of the petitioners, nothing survives and no further order is warranted.

Disposed of accordingly.
