(Oral) Petitioner has filed this writ petition under Article 226 Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari to quash the impugned demand notice dated 15.02.2021 (Annexure P-2), impugned order dated 05.05.2022 (Annexure P-5) and impugned warrant of attachment dated 30.12.2022 (annexure P-7).

When confronted with the maintainability of the petition as impugned order is appealable, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present writ petition and prays for withdrawal of the same. The prayer is accepted.
