The present petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC for quashing of Complaint No.352/2018 dated 20.02.2018, Annexure P-1 registered under Sections 138 and 141 of the NI Act and Section 420 IPC and summoning order dated 09.08.2018, Annexure P-2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the pleas before the trial Court at appropriate stage. He however, prays that the trial Court be directed to grant exemption to the petitioner from personal appearance, since she is a resident of Maharashtra and she is ready to furnish an undertaking by way of affidavit to appear before the trial Court on the dates, for which her presence is absolutely necessary.
