(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in cross-case registered vide DDR No.33 dated 16.10.2021 under Sections 341, 324, 326, 506 IPC at Police Station Kartarpur, District Jalandhar in the main case bearing FIR No.157 dated 16.10.2021 registered under Sections 452, 323, 325, 506, 148, 149 IPC at Police Station Kartarpur District Jalandhar. Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have joined investigation with the police in compliance with order dated 3.3.2022 passed by this Court. The State counsel on instructions from ASI Manjit Singh admitted the fact that petitioners have joined investigation with the police and she further stated that now the petitioners are not required by the police for any further investigation or custodial interrogation. In the light of the above without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and order of interim bail dated 3.3.2022 is hereby made absolute subject to conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
