On the asking of court, Ms. Anu Chatrath, Addl. A.G. Punjab, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the grievance aired in the petition, petitioner has also served legal notice, Annexure P-4. According to him, petitioner shall be satisfied if a decision thereon is taken. Learned State counsel submits that legal notice shall be considered by the concerned authority and decision shall be taken within six weeks.

In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of.
