Parmal Singh v. State Of Haryana And ORS
IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA
AT CHANDIGARH Sr. No.783 CWP-11428-2001 (O&M) Date of decision: July 13, 2022 Parmal Singh
...Petitioner
Versus
State of Haryana and others
...Respondents
CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN MONGA
Present:
None for the petitioner.
Mr. R.D. Sharma, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana. ***** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for directing the respondents to regularise the services of the petitioner as Casual Labourer w.e.f. the date his juniors have been regularized alongwith all consequential benefits.
2.
When called out for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that by sheer effluxion of time and pendency of the writ petition for more than 21 years before this Court, it has either been rendered infructuous and/or the petitioner seems to have lost interest in pursuing the same. 3.
Be that as it may, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application in case, any cause of action still survives.
