The petitioners through instant petitions under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India are seeking regularisation of their services. 3.

Ms. Rajni Gupta, Addl.A.G., Haryana submits that as per her instructions, not only the petitioners but all similarly situated employees except three were regularised, thus, instant petitions have rendered infructuous.

In the wake of statement of learned State counsel, the petitions are dismissed as having been rendered infructuous with liberty to the petitioners to move an appropriate application within three months from today, if cause survives.
