(ORAL) After arguing for a short while, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of filing the appeal to assail the impugned order dated 15.07.2020 (Annexure P-9) as mentioned in the order dated 24.12.2020 (Annexure P-10) passed by the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum of the respondent-Department.

Accordingly, the instant petition stands dismissed as having been withdrawn, with the liberty afore-said.
