HARPREET SINGH BRAR , J. (ORAL) The present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.134 dated 12.08.2019, registered at Police Station Radaur, District Yamuna Nagar, under Sections 420, 506 and 120-B IPC (Annexure P-1) on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2).

Pursuant to order dated 25.02.2020, report dated 20.04.2020 has been received from Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Yamuna Nagar, according to which, the statements of the parties have been recorded and the compromise is genuine and has been arrived at between them without any coercion or undue influence.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and FIR No.134 dated 12.08.2019, registered at Police Station Radaur, District Yamuna Nagar, under Sections 420, 506 and 120-B IPC (Annexure P-1) along with all consequential proceedings having arisen therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioners.
