       This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a direction to the State of Haryana and Union Territory, Chandigarh to ban release of Punjabi movie 'Shooter' to be released on 21.02.2020. It is submitted that the State of Punjab has already placed a ban on the release of the movie but inspite of the representation being filed by the petitioner before the State of Haryana as well as Union Territory, Chandigarh, a decision thereon has not been taken till date. Learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the State of Haryana as well as learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for Union Territory, Chandigarh submit that the matter shall be considered and a decision shall be taken on the representation submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law.

With these observations, the public interest litigation stands disposed of.
