Apprehending his arrest in FIR No. 0017 dated 14.05.2022 for offences punishable under Section 324,323,379-B,427,148,149 IPC, 1860 (Sections 326 and 307 were added later on) registered at Police Station City Nangal Bhoor, District Pathankot, the petitioner has preferred this second petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C seeking pre-arrest bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia relies upon the order dated dated 02.02.2023 passed by this Court in CRM-M-4209 of 2023 Kishan Singh Vs. State of Punjab to submit that the matter has been compromised between the parties and relying thereupon the co-accused has been granted indulgence by this Court.

Mr. Rajesh Mehta, Addl. Advocate General, Punjab, who is present in Court accepts notice and admits the fact of compromise between the parties.

In the meantime, in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on interim bail subject to his furnishing personal and surety bonds to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer. As and when called, the petitioner shall join the investigation. He shall abide by the conditions enumerated under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. -.
