HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.0019 dated 02.02.2021 under Section 420, 120-B IPC, Section 13 of Punjab Travel Professional (Regulations) Act, 2014 and Section 24 of Immigration Act 1983 registered at Police Station Sadar Kapurthala, District Kapurthala. Vide order dated 01.03.2021, this Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioner to join investigation.

Learned State counsel states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required. In view of above, the petition is allowed. The order dated 01.03.2021 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by the conditions of Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
