-2CRM-M-6179 of 2020 CRM-M-6179 of 2020 Through instant petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of regular bail to petitioner - Davinder Pathania - in a case arising from FIR No.0044 dated 01.06.2019 registered under Section 420 IPC and Section 24 of the Immigration Act, 1924 at Police Station Division No.1, District Pathankot.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2-complainant submits that he has no objection in case petitioner is enlarged on bail. Considering overall facts and circumstances, but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed. Consequently, petitioner - Davinder Pathanila - is ordered to be released on bail during pendency of trial, if not required in any other case, on his furnishing bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of Trial Court/Duty Magistrate concerned.
