Short reply by way of affidavit of Sh. Jitender Kumar, State Project Director, Haryana School Shiksha Priyojna Parishad, Shiksha Sadan, Panchkula on behalf of the respondent has been filed in Court, which is taken on record.

Learned counsel representing the respondent on instructions submits that payment due to the petitioners shall be released to them within two weeks from today.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press the present petition.

COCP No.592 of 2025 liberty to seek revival of the contempt petition and in that eventuality, the erring/concerned officer would be liable to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/-as cost(s) from his/her own pocket in favour of the petitioners towards litigation expenses, immediately i.e. on the first date of listing of revival application.
