(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 226 of Constitution of India, prays has been made for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.1-3 to protect the life and liberty of petitioner at the hands of respondent No.4 and police of of P.S. Basti Bawa Khel who are allegedly threatening to involve him in false case. Learned State counsel on instructions from ACP Gagandeep Singh submits that the prayer made by the petitioner for grant of prearrest bail in case FIR No.60 dated 17.03.2022 registered under Sections 3 of SC and ST Act, 1989 and Sections 420, 120-B IPC, P.S. Basti Bawa Khel already stands confirmed by this Court vide order dated 01.08.2022 passed in CRA-S-1337-2022 and since then the petitioner has never been called by the Investigating Agency as he is not even required for any purpose pertaining to the afore-mentioned FIR.
