(Oral) Through the instant petition filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, petitioner is seeking grant of interim bail in FIR No.40 dated 09.02.2020 registered under Sections 302, 307, 34 and 120-B (added later on) of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Civil Lines Hisar, District Hisar. In compliance of order dated 02.03.2021, reply/verification report dated 09.03.2021 by way of affidavit of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Hisar-I, has been filed on behalf of the respondent-State. Same is taken on record. A copy thereof, has been supplied to the counsel for the petitioner.
