(ORAL) This petition has been filed for quashing of DDR No.32, dated 30.11.2021, registered at Police Station Hathur, District Ludhiana Rural, under Sections 324, 506 & 34 IPC recorded in FIR No.124, dated 30.11.2021, registered at Police Station Hathur, District Ludhiana Rural, under Sections 324, 506 & 34 IPC on the basis of compromise dated 19.01.2023 (Annexure P-3).

Pursuant to order dated 16.02.2023, report dated 15.03.2023 has been received from Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jagraon, according to which, the statements of the parties have been recorded and the compromise is genuine and has been arrived at between them without any fear, threat or pressure.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and DDR No.32, dated 30.11.2021, registered at Police Station Hathur, District Ludhiana Rural, under Sections 324, 506 & 34 IPC recorded in FIR No.124, dated 30.11.2021, registered at Police Station Hathur, District Ludhiana Rural, under Sections 324, 506 & 34 IPC along with all consequential proceedings having arisen therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioners.
