(ORAL) This petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.124, dated 30.11.2021, registered at Police Station Hathur, District Ludhiana Rural, under Sections 324, 506 & 34 IPC (Annexure P-1) on the basis of compromise dated 19.01.2023 (Annexure P-2).

Pursuant to order dated 13.02.2023, report dated 15.03.2023 has been received from Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jagraon, according to which, the statements of the parties have been recorded and the compromise is genuine and has been arrived at between them without any fear, threat or pressure.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and FIR No.124, dated 30.11.2021, registered at Police Station Hathur, District Ludhiana Rural, under Sections 324, 506 & 34 IPC (Annexure P-1) along with all consequential proceedings having arisen therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioners.
