Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present writ petition was filed 20 years ago and he is not in touch with the petitioners so as to know whether they are still interested in pursuing the present petition on merits hence, the present writ petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the petitioners to revive the same in case any of the petitioners intends to pursue the remedy on merits. 2.
