MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (ORAL) After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined, a prayer was made by learned counsel for the petitioner for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to raise all pleas during the course of trial.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. 3.
At this stage, a request has been made for exemption from personal appearance of the petitioner, who would have to come all the way from Jaipur to attend the proceedings before trial Court and coupled with the fact that his son is suffering from some cardiac ailment, it may not be possible for him to attend the hearings before the trial Court on each and every date of hearing. 4.
Petitioner is granted liberty to move an application for the said purpose before the trial Court. In case, the petitioner moves an application for exemption from personal appearance before the trial Court, the same shall be decided by the trial Court expeditiously, in accordance with law, after taking into account all the circumstances.
