Prayer made in the present petition is for directing the respondents for releasing the full amount of gratuity to the petitioner. 2.

Learned State counsel while referring to paragraph No.2 of the written statement submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous on account of the fact that the claim of the petitioner stands satisfied in view of Annexure R-1, which has not been rebutted by filing any replication and reads thus:- "2.

That the claim of the petitioner Mrs. Gurbachan Kaur retired H.T. Govt. Primary School, Lola, Block Tariska, District Amritsar has already been satisfied as she has been paid Rs.14,150/- on account of H.R.A. withheld from the D.C.R.G. of the petitioner, as per the Instructions issued by the Punjab Govt. vide No.3/13-952FPI/291 dated 21.03.2023. A copy of receipt given by the petitioner is appended herewith as Annexure R-1."
