, -./ The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of the impugned order dated 20.12.2019 whereby the petitioner had been declared as a proclaimed offender in case FIR No. 116 dated 18.08.2018 registered under Sections 22 of the NDPS Act, 1985 at Police Station Bhikhiwind, District Tarn Taran.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that during the pendency of the instant petition, the petitioner had been arrested. He thus submits that the present petition has accordingly been rendered infructuous.

Ordered accordingly.
