Learned counsel for the petitioner states that as per reply filed, the petitioner was provisionally interviewed and result has been kept in sealed cover. He states that no cause of action survives for pursuing the contempt petition. However, he seeks liberty to raise the grievance in pending writ petition that the provisional interview was held after declaration of the final result. The contempt petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for.
