Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case bearing FIR No.170 dated 25.09.2023 registered under Sections 21 of NDPS Act (Section 29 of NDPS Act added later on vide DDR No.41 dated 27.09.2023) at P.S. Sadar Ferozepur, District Ferozepur.

Learned State counsel on instructions from investigation officer of concerned Police Station submits that in compliance of order 13.02.2024, the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for any further investigation. 3.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petition is allowed. Order dated 13.02.2024 passed by this Court, is hereby made absolute. However the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when called upon and shall abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
