VINOD S. BHARDWAJ , J (ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C for quashing of FIR No.31 dated 13.03.2019 under Sections 406,420,120-B IPC registered at P.S Nihal Singh Wala, District Moga.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a status report has already been filed on behalf of respondent-State whereby the petitioners have been found innocent during investigation and therefore present petition has been rendered infructuous, at this stage.

Ordered accordingly. However, the petitioners are at liberty to file a fresh petition as and when any fresh cause of action arises.
