RSA-2938-2019 (O&M) -2Mr. Khurana accepts notice and admits that the parties have compromised. He files affidavit of respondent No.1. As per which, the factum of there being an amicable settlement dated 03.07.2025 between the parties, stands admitted.

In view of above, the application is allowed. RSA-2938-2019 In view of the prayer made in the application (CM-8229-C2025) and the admitted fact, the appeal is ordered to be disposed off in terms of the compromise.
