Mr. Kiran Pal Singh, AAG, Haryana **** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioners had participated in the selection process for the post of Male Constable (General Duty), pursuant to advertisement dated 16.04.2018 (P-1 colly). The apprehension of the petitioners is that they have not been awarded appropriate marks. On 11.02.2019, this Court passed the following order:- Petitioners are participating in the selection process for the post of Male Constable in General Category. They were not called for Physical Screening test. Last candidate, who has been called for Physical Screening test in General category, has secured 53 marks. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that as per OMR, petitioners have secured 60 and 55 marks respectively. Notice of motion.
On the asking of the Court, Ms. Palika Monga, DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and seeks time to get instructions.
Copy of this petition be supplied to learned State counsel during the course of the day.
Adjourned to 14.02.2019.

Thereafter, petition was dismissed qua petitioner No. 1 as he was having lower marks than the cut off marks.
Learned State counsel has informed the Court that the final result for the post of Male Constable (General Duty) has already been declared on 28.02.2019 and the individual result of all the candidates has also been uploaded on the website. In view of the said fact, the petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner No. 2 to get this petition revived, if he secures higher marks than the last candidate, after seeing his individual result.
