The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 08.08.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-23043-2025, whereby direction was issued to the respondent to consider and decide the legal notice dated 22.04.2025 by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

In compliance of the order dated 08.08.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-23043-2025, compliance report by way of affidavit dated 02.04.2026 of Sher Singh, General Manager, Haryana Roadways, Kurukshetra, along with order dated 11.02.2026 (Annexure R-1), has been filed on behalf of the respondent before the Registry. A perusal of the said compliance report shows that order dated 08.08.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-23043-2025 has been complied with.

In view of the above, since order dated 08.08.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-23043-2025, has been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged. 5.

Needless to say that the petitioner is at liberty to avail remedy as is available to her in accordance with law to challenge the said order dated 11.02.2026.
