(ORAL) Prayer in this 1st petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 262 dated 14.09.2023 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 323, 304-B and 498-A IPC at Police Station Sadar, Palwal, District Palwal (Haryana). Learned counsel for the State has filed custody certificate dated 21.05.2024, which is taken on record, as per which the petitioner has been in custody as an undertrial for a period of 06 months and 06 days.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, at this stage. Permitted to do so.
