(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner-Gurpreet @ Goltu, in case FIR No. 123 dated 05.08.2018 registered under Sections 21, 25 and 29 of the NDPS Act, 1985, at Police Station Bhogpur, District Jalandhar.

Learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 12.02.2019, passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of.
