(ORAL) Through instant second petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of regular bail to petitioner - Harpreet Singh alias Raja - in a case arising from FIR No.64 dated 04.04.2018 registered under Section 21 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station City Patti, District Tarn Taran. Heard.

In view of pointing out by learned State counsel that after declaration of the petitioner as a proclaimed offender on 13.11.2019, he has been arrested. Police is going to file final report under Section 173(3) Cr.P.C. shortly against the petitioner in Court, no ground is made out to entertain second bail petition.
