The learned trial Court concerned, is also directed to, within four months hereafter, conclude the trial, as, arises from FIR No. 0099 of 05.06.2021, which was registered at Police Station Goindwal Sahib, District Tarn Taran, constituting therein offences under Sections 21-29-61-85 of the NDPS Act, and, under Sections 25-54-59 of the Arms Act.
