1. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner but without commenting anything as regards the veracity of the averments made in the petition, the same is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3-Jail Superintendent, Central Jail-I, Hisar, District Hisar, to ensure that the requisite medical treatment, as may be required by the petitioner is made available to him. In case, it is found that the petitioner requires any specialized medical treatment which is not available either in the jail or in the nearest Government/Civil Hospital, then arrangements be made for providing the same from any reputed Super-Speciality Hospital.

2. Meanwhile, it shall also be open to the petitioner to move an appropriate application seeking parole on medical grounds, to the authorities concerned. In case, any such application is filed, the same shall be disposed of expeditiously in accordance with law while having due regard to the medical certificates/evidence, as may be produced by the petitioner.
