(Oral) The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined proceedings before the trial Court and also deposited cost of `7,500/- in compliance of order dated 24.2.2022 passed by this Court. The same has not been refuted by the State counsel. In view of the above, the present petition is hereby allowed and the order of interim bail dated 24.2.2022 passed by this Court is hereby made absolute subject to conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. However, it is made clear that trial Court is at liberty to proceed against the petitioner under Section 446 Cr.P.C.
