SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.15 dated 12.01.2024 under Section 406 IPC (Sections 420,467,468,471 and 120-B IPC added later on) registered at P.S Dharuhera, District Rewari. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage. Prayer is accepted.
