, -./ Prayer made in the present petition was for seeking quashing of complaint vide CNR.PBBT030021112020 CIS No. COMA-1064-2020 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, along with summoning order dated 27.10.2020 with all consequential proceedings. Vide order dated 27.07.2023, the trial Court was directed to proceed further in the matter in accordance with law. Thereafter, a report was sought for from the trial Court vide order dated 30.07.2024.

In compliance report thereto, a report vide letter No. 621 dated 07.08.2024 has been received as per which the trial resulted in acquittal of accused vide judgement dated 27.03.2024.
