**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C in case bearing FIR No.102 dated 22.07.2017 registered under Sections 457, 380, 34 IPC, at Police Station Guru Har Sahai, District Ferozepur.

Notice of motion was issued on the premise that FIR was lodged after a delay of 15 days and the information was given on 20.07.2017, in respect of the alleged theft which was committed on 06/07.07.2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 12.02.2020, petitioner has joined the investigation to the entire satisfaction of the Investigating Officer.

CRM-M-6108-2020 In view of aforesaid factual position, the interim order dated 12.02.2020 is made absolute. Petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and he shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
