As per office report, notice issued to the sole appellant has not been received back served or otherwise. Similar is the report for today i.e. 29.08.2018.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents no.2 to 5 has also pointed out that his clients are also not in contact with him. Keeping in view the totality of facts, it appears that the parties are not interested in prosecuting the appeal. Hence, dismissed for non-prosecution.
