The impugned order is dated 18.01.2019. Counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequently, the divorce was allowed to the petitioner as per judgment and decree dated 03.03.2021 and even there is concealment.

After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Family Court, Hisar, under the provisions of Section 127 Cr.P.C. for modification of the impugned order.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. 4.

In case, the petitioner files an application under Section 127 Cr.P.C., the application for interim relief shall be considered expeditiously by the learned Family Court.

Pending miscellaneous application (s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
