(Oral) Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of appropriate order or direction to the official respondents to conduct the medical of petitioner No.2 as petitioner No.2 is a rape victim as despite filing the applications/representations (Annexures P/1 to P/3) in this regard, till date no steps have been taken to conduct the medical of petitioner No.2 by the official respondents.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Tajinder Singh submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the trial in the case has been concluded and the accused (petitioners herein) have been acquitted by the learned trial Court vide order dated 29.07.2023 in case FIR No.10 dated 25.01.2020 registered at Police Station Beas, District Amritsar. In view of the statement of learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
