I.P.S Doabia, Addl.AG, Punjab, who is present in Court, submits that physical possession of the secured assets shall be handed over to the petitioner, pursuant to order dated 25.02.2019 (P.2) after completing all the necessary formalities within three weeks from today.

In the wake of assurance given by learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press this petition any longer.
