(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue their reply as well as the issue that is pending before the respondent-authorities. He further submits that the petitioners may also be granted liberty to ask the respondentauthorities to take an early decision on the dispute. He further submits that the petitioners may also be granted liberty to take up all other alternative dispute resolution remedies available to them under law. Prayer made is allowed.

The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty prayed for.
